Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Eurocard credit cards and Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo debit cards using the Verisign Payment Gateway. Personal and account information is secure on this site. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption SSL technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information. We will not bill the credit card until we ship the order. Please be sure to provide an exact billing address and contact telephone number; incorrect information may cause a delay in processing the order. We reserve the right to request additional identification by e-mail or telephone. Most orders received before 15.00 GMT Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders after 15.00 GMT are shipped the next business day. Passes are shipped via Royal Mail. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O boxes. Delivery time for most standard orders is 2-3 business days unless otherwise requested. International orders can take between 3-7 days. A signature is required for delivery of the package.

Validation
Most rail passes will already be validated with your selected travel period. Selected passes (Swiss Transfer Tickets, Swiss Cards and Australian Passes) will need to be validated twice. The first stamp is printed automatically by our office and you must begin use of the pass within 6 months of this validation.
On the first day of travel, the ticket/pass holder must go to the ticket office of the train station and have an official validate the pass. They should put a second stamp on the pass. This must be done in order for the journey to start and not risk having the pass confiscated. Please note that the pass must be validated at the station—a conductor on a train cannot validate the pass.
